I have lease until the end of August. Upon mutual consent the landlord put the condo for sale along with few other condos. Putting up the condo for sale is under new signed contract and I would have 1 month to vacate if he recieved signed offer. If not sold I will be responsible to honor the contract. Since my unit was the best one, he took my condo off the market until other two were sold. Meanwhile I bought a house and moved. Due to his deceptive BUSSINESS decision I am paying the rent even though the condo had potential to be sold? Can anyone help me the right way to proceed.

tenant is still living in my unit, has refused to renew contract and refuses to pay rent what should I do?
she is living in my unit out of contract and pays no rent. she is even abusive and arrogant whenever I ask for rent or contract renewal.

I'm attending a community college in Jacksonville, FL. I'm considering a rad tech degree (I'm still on prerequisites) and am wondering what the average salary in FL is and if anyone has an idea whether a community college is accredited enough. After having a company car for 6 years they want to stop me having one and give me an allowance instead which relates to a substantial pay cut ( the allowance will not allow me to have a similar spec vehicle )and leaves me without a car.

i am a custodian i make nearly $13 an hour working in a school district. i have benefits & retirement its a great job..dilemma is i have just recieved an offer to have my school paid for to go back to school and earn an associate degree in paralegal studies at an American Barr Association approved program. the tuition & books will be completely paid for and everything. due to scheduling conflicts with my shift at work and the school, i would have to quit my job to take advatnage of the opportuinty. the job is the best job ive ever been able to get and is a great job. what do i do?

I have seen a lot of adverts for I.V.A's on telly (UK only i think). like most other 30 somethings have a certain amount of debt. This sounds good but does anyone know the downside to this? There must be a catch, or somthing the ad's are not mentioning.

3 years ago i had a drug and alcohol prob...no one thought i would still be around, but i overcame both and now am one of the top performers at work. I have an interview july 3rd for the position i always wanted, but many internal managers are telling me that my character could be my fatal flaw. I have not only excelled at sales but I have had no incidents since. Of all the candidates I feel i have the most to offer (graduated while working full time with an MBA and with honors) have a stellar review from my current boss and have been a top producer, yet the stigma of my past still lingers....what can i do to gain more confidence in myself and pass that belief to my interviewing manager?

I am wondering what stategy to employ in the future with regards to buying property. Is it better to rent for now? Will house prices drop? Will there be a recession or sorts in the next decade? I dont like it. I entered a raffle last year in California, where I live, and won a new $30,000 custom motorcycle two weeks ago. We do not have a cash option, but probably will sell the bike shortly after picking it up.

How do we pay the taxes on this vehicle? I've read that the dealer sends us a 1099 form for our federal tax returns, but what about state income taxes? Is there a similar state form used to declare this vehicle as "income?"

On a $30,000 vehicle, how much cash will we have to present to the dealer for other expenses like registration, doc fees, title, etc... in California? Are there any legal loopholes we can use to minimize our tax liability on this prize?

The proceeds of this raffle did go to a bonafide 501(c), non-profit organization.

Im gonna try to get a job as a waiter at a restaraunt, but i cant think of where i should go. I need someplace fairly close that has an opening.

Also, do i just walk in and ask if they have any job openings?, i dunno, this would be my first job, so i dont know anything about anything. some places dont even put a sign up, so i dunno.

What is the best way of investing an amount of say Rs.50,000/- in India? In a lecture on Statistical analysis a professor said it is good to convert the Indian rupees in to USD and then invest can show up to 5 times difference in the profit gained when invested in rupees. Is that so. If yes tell me how to do. Is there any other better ways of investing?
