There is a 99% chance it's a fake if you're asked to pay some money into an account or give your account number. Don't give out your personal information...I'm writing from personal experience because I'm originally from Nigeria. Goodluck.

Anything from Nigeria is FAKE!!! I've been getting stuff from them for 20 years. Also any stuff like that from other countries and people claiming to be from royal parties or helping sick relatives, etc.

Fake, fake, fake - if you want to follow up, give no personal information and send no money. It would help if you had mentioned whether you are qualified and how they would know that.
