The change would require more equipment and increase the overall expense of product. However it would make this product run more effficiently.

I am in the process of selling my home and because of a builder's mistake of placing a Sto/Drivate system to below ground level, I may have allergyn molds growing in my basement. A repair to the stucco system & a dehumidifier to the basement is the fix. Do I have to use the M(old) word in our disclosure? The mold specialist we hired said it is NOT toxic mold and on a scale of 1 to 10 it is maybe a 2.

My 23 year old son had his car repossessed back in December 2006. He was told by Toyota financial, that he had to pay the balance on the loan, plus towing, plus impound fees. It came to over $17,000. Obviously, he did not have this kind of money so the car went to auction.

He now owes about $8000.00. They have offered him a payoff of $4400.00, which again, he can’t afford. Other options are a large monthly payment, wage garnishment or go to court. The monthly payment is more then half his paycheck, they told him garnishment would be as much. He’s worried because he still has to live, eat, rent, and drive to work. He won’t have enough money to live on.

My question is, would he do better going to court? Toyota says no, they will tack on court costs and interest etc. and he’ll owe more. But will the judge see it that way? Will the judge actually allow them to take so much money he can’t pay his bills? Also, we found out it was against the law for Toyota to tell him he had to pay the loan in full. By law he had the right to bring his payments current, plus impound and towing fees. We could have managed that, but they told him no dice.

My son is not trying to get out of paying his loan, he’s just trying to get payments that will allow him to eat and pay rent. Does anyone know if going to court is better or worse for him?

In most states, when the 2nd lienholder gets paid first if they are the originator of the foreclosure. I am trying to see if there are any tricky foreclosure laws in Louisiana. I have the ability to buy a non-performing 2nd lien and foreclosure might be something I have to do as a last resort. Can you tell me exactly the payout procedure or a website that describes the procedure? Most websites do not have that level of detail.

I work for a dog grooming business thats been around since '95 and their cliental has dropped dramatically since 9/11. I spend alot of days off work because there is only 4-8 clients a day when we need at least 10. The owner advertises in the local magazine/newspaper (the herald) with coupons for 15% off returning customers and 25% off new. These are very popular coupons. Problem is, her shop is in a warehouse bay and isn't visable from the street. The big signs you can put out on the street and too expensive she claims. So we soley rely on advertisments and referals. Any ideas on how to advertise and were?
We also want more people to book ahead instead of last minute or walk in but they dont. It doesn't help she has a "walk in's welcome" motto on her flyers. Any ideas?

I had a friend in Real-Estate who sold me her house way above the market value...I trusted her so much. She was the "owner" "selling agent" and represented me as well "Buyers Agent"
They (Husband & wife) overvalued the house and I became the idiot who bought it. Long after goin' thru some papers I found out I had been forked out around 25k....I am stressing over this, how can I get over it?

Can they take my car, which is on finance, for my partners debt?
The Bailiffs came round today to collect on my partners Council Tax debt. They listed my car in the possession order. They are coming back on Friday and if we dont have the money will take the goods.

We are not married, I am not liable for Council Tax. The car is solely in my name and he does not drive.

I need advice about some operation problems i have. and i have other question but I need to find some one with more exsperience then I. (back ground on my situation) I have been with this company 10yrs. my boss left suddenly he was not replaced for a year. they picked me because i had seniority and new somethings about warehouse operations I felt a loyalty to the company and felt I needed to step up. now it has been a year and I have all the same problems the old manager had and nothing I have tried has taken hold is this company. I am always forced to revert back to what I call a mom and pop stlye of doing things. when i started with this company we had 3 stores and a small warehouse with 3 delivery trucks now we have 6 stores and 3 trucks. we always seem to cut from the warehouse but always expect to do more and more. I have 11 yrs Distribution exp. 9 yrs delivery and sevice exp. so I know how to do it but nothing seen to take hold here its like the store managers won't change

My boyfriend and I moved/rented a 2 bed/2bath condo for $864 a month in Tempe, AZ. His little sister had an extenuating circumstance with her roommates and needed to move in with us. Now my landlord wants to come up with a new higher payment for rent per month. We pay all the utilities. Can he charge us extra per month?

I thought we were paying to rent the space not rent per person... what should I do? It does not out line this in our lease.

Just a ballpark guess as to what would it cost If I wanted to build my own home in Western MA. Assume I owned the land but I needed to clear the land, dig a foundation, build a 1800 (+/- 200) sq ft home (from a kit maybe) add a well and septic. Hiring contractors for most of the work.

They said if we didnt then the would require a yearly lease or evict us. They have just raised the rent because i didnt mow fast enough for them, and they are now asking us to give 60 days notice instead of the standard 30. Im a married man with 2 kids and a dog, whats happens if the evict us? what should i do? who should i contact for more information? im from new york and this is making me mad to have to go through this harrasment.

My sister had to move in to my condo for about 3 months and for some reason my girlfriend told our landlord. Now he wants to charge us more for rent.... his reasoning because the lease was signed thinking there was only 2 people in there. We pay all of our own utilities, and this temporary person that will be living there will not cost him any additional money. On the lease it does not say how many people are aloud to live there. Can he legally tell us we have to pay more for rent because of this person. Also he told us to come up with a number for the additional rent amount. Personally I think I will tell him we arent going to pay him anything extra. What do you think ?

We bought our home through an auction and set up a contract of deed with the landlord. We are on a 5 yr ballon note w/10% APR. Citi has offered to consolidate a loan that we currently have with them and also the amount we are paying for our home. They will combine the two payments making it one payment which is great and extremely helpful to our financial situation. However, the APR is going to be 11% with a fixed rate for 30 yrs.
I spoke with a bank in my home town and there APR is 6-7%, way lower. However, considering our credit rating I highly doubt we would be approved.
I am wanting to do some upgrading and consolidate a few debts we have. Is there a loan that will allow all of this together. From what I understand we can only get a loan for what the house is appraised at. Considering the house needs a lot of work done to it I highly doubt that it will be worth what we are paying for it. From what my fiance says we are giving more than its worth.
