Going from the USA to China and visa versa. Also do you know about any of the charges that come with it such as freight and handling costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes and tariffs,
and related fees and expenses, on a per unit basis?

Seing that the 4th of july this year, will fall on Wed, the middle of the week, will the Government agencies be claiming only Wed. or with they also be taking a friday or monday to boot.

just wanting to know where our Tax money is going to go, or will we all be loosing out for the Fed, State and locals governments to get even another holiday payday off again.
Why don't we have either the non government workers all get as many holidays off as the Federal, States, and local governments, or will the government agencies, look to cut back and save our country Billions and billions of Dollars a Year, by cutting back the amount of these Holidays they come up with to take off.

If you had a business that was doing badly, would you ignore it and not work harder time waise to get your business better and save it, or would you take the extra time to get the jobs out and make better customers and get that job done to better your work again and make more money?

I curerntly rent my home from a private landlord and yesterday water was leaking in through the ceiling in the utilty room. I contacted my landlord who sent someone out today to look at what was needed to resolve the problem. My mum let him in and he has said that he is coming back tomorrow and thursday to put some lead flashing on the roof. The problem is, I wont be at home tomorrow or thursday as i'm at work and he wont be able to get access to the back of the house as my dogs are outside while i'm out. I dont really want to leave them indoors as the youngest will eat everything.
I feel that the workmen should have to come at a time that is convenient for me as the leak is not my fault!!!!!
What do you think?

My home is 5 years old and the termite contract was up in May. The local company that I had the 5-year contract with wants up to $1,400 for a renewal contract, in addition to $100 a year. This seems steep, but other national brands, like Ortho, have told me from the start that their price will be more. Should I bother renewing? I live around Charlotte, and there does not appear to be any termite issues in my crawlspace. I don't plan on being in the house for much more than another 2-3 years. I don't want to be taken for a ride, either, and I'm trying to educate myself more on this matter. That's not a small amount of money!

I have a small consulting business and one of my clients is not paying their invoices to the tune of 30K. There is no dispute over the work at all and I have spoken with them. After many unfulfilled promises, and a refusal to come out and tell me the truth of what's going on, I have to take further action.

Which is a better course of action? A lawyer to send a letter of intent to sue, or a collections agency?

My company has another company claiming we owe them money and has sent us to collections. Is there a form or number I can call to dispute the claim? I tried calling Experian, Equifax and TransUnion and have hit dead ends. Can anyone make a suggestion on how to dispute this? Should I just put a fraud claim into the credit agencies? Help Please! Thank You!

It was for exactly half of what the original purchase was. I called the station and spoke with the manager and he said that happens sometimes and they will research it. I don't think my card has been "skimmed" but I have never heard of this happening. Has anyone else?
