I coach a fastpitch softball team. I need to get a non-profit tax ID for sponsorships and donations. I just don't have a clue where to go and what exactly I need. Any suggestions?

My fiancée really wants a home but we don't have much of an income. Honestly, it's like $850 a month. Anyway, she found out about bargain.com and I talked to the sales rep. She told me about all these special offers and other things that sounded like they were going to charge me for on July 31st. Each offer cost about $20. I accepted 2 before I realized what she was doing. So, total amount that I expect to be charged on 7-31 is about $80. So, I'm asking anyone with experience about this if it's legit or should I call back and cancel? Thanks.

I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but I was having trouble searching for a similar question.

Anyway, I worked at the job for 3+ years, was promoted there twice, and more than doubled my starting hourly wage through raises, so I was clearly a valued employee.

I was terminated (not laid off) suddenly during a time of "corporate restructuring" ; my attitude and job performance were suffering because of unhappiness with the changes, and I was looking for another job. They listed on my termination notice "multiple breach of company policy."

I can't just leave them off my work history, because this place is where I gained most of my relevant work experience.

How do I handle this on my resume, on applications, and in interviews? (I have been on 7 job interviews, and suspect that I am either blowing it on this issue, or the past employer is screwing me up on references)

I live in Maryland. Washington DC metro area. I've been waiting for the right time to jump in and buy a townhouse that i want to live in for at least 10 years. Yes, its my first house, no flipping, primary resident. However, reading about real estate in the past 3 months have been driving me crazy. I'm the kind that will have sleepless nights for months before making investments decisions, buying a car e.t.c
I don't want to have to regret not waiting if i jump in right now and the housing market falls a bit lower. At the same time, i'm no fortune teller.

What do you think i should do. Wait or buy now?. How about waiting 8 more months or so. Please also remember that mortgage rate is creeping up slowly.

Please i need only respectful and honest advice. If all you have is harsh, hostile comments please just steer clear.

recently, my husband has been checking for homes that have been foreclose, but I think that everything is bs. That there are not homes that actually cost $30,000 for a four bedroom house that was build in 2002. Is it true?
