how do we handle new employees that are boyfriend and girlfriend that come to the company and think they know?

everything, they think they are the boss but dont know anything.

Let them go they will end up hanging themselves. And since they know it all, when they find out they do not and have to ask, don't tell them.

fire 'em
break 'em up
set fire to their houses
kill their pets

or....

Just do your job and let the boss worry about them.
