Looking for Invoicing software : 2 tax options + imported stock via excel ?

Question

Any ideas about the best software for printing out invoices for customers in my shop?

I need to be able to transfer my current stock into the software ( this is currently stored as a windows Excel file ) and I also need two VAT options - otherwsie thats it :)

help!
