They have been getting rich off of all the non use of my insurance by me .This seems so unfair and how can I fight it, we all want to not move out of new york but one by one our neighbors cant afford all the nonsence anymore. I understand when one has car insurance and you have an accident and use your insurance it goes up . but we never have... PLEASE what can we do.

my credit score is 734 because im 21 and only had credit for 3 years. i want 830 or higher right now. i never had a late payment, never had a missed payment. and there are no negative things on my credit. i have all unsecured credit cards with visa and master card with 10,000 credit limit.

but it sayd 30-40% of people have better credit than me. thats a lot. it said it because 3 years of credit history is short. and it said the average credit history is 15 years. im NOT waiting till im old for 830 or higher.

i read something on credit attorney, and it said if you have someone esle authorize you on their credit report, their history on that card reports on to yours.
so if a parent has a 834, and they have a kid with a lower score like 700, it will raise their credit a lot higher right away.
my mom has a 834. could i have her authorize me on her card, and have her history report on to mine? she has no car loan, and owns her house with no mortgage, so theres no risk she will

The house was mine that I worked so hard to build after we divorced due to his control issues. I took him back a few years later mainly because of our autistic son. He moved in and we built on to the house only after I filled out a(quit claim) so he would have interest in it. Now the payment is so high I can't afford to keep it. I am so angry that he has so much control over me and now without him I lose my home. I want him out of my life and he has no good reason for this debt. Can I file a civil suit? We are not common law. My payments went from $ 635.00 in 1996 to $2500.00 in 2007. All but 60,000 is left in equity and he will take half of that. This place is beautiful 20 acres in Montana. My only way is if I could rent it out by the week as an investment property to vacationers. Any good answers for me?

My husband is a graphic designer and is doing quite a bit of free-lance on the side. He has just started making designs to screen print onto t-shirts but we're wondering how he can sell the shirts but also protect his designs as his own. Does anyone know how he can keep others from ripping off his designs?

I have some extra money set aside that I never touch.
It's basically there only for emergencies.
Today I received a letter from the bank stating that there has been no activity on my account for 5 years and that if I don't check into my account or do something else to generate activity on my account they would consider it inactive and unclaimed for and would donate all the money in my account to the government based on some law regarding "unclaimed property"!!!!!

Needless to say tomorrow I'm going to generate a lot of activity by withdrawing the whole amount and depositing it with a bank that does not entertain the idea of donating their client's money to uncle Sam.

If such a law is in the book, I'm sure someone has lost their money before this way. I'm trying to find a news article right now of someone/ corporation that this has happened to before.
