My wife and I own a rental property in MN. The circumstances don't matter, but about a month ago I signed a purchase agreement to sell the property. My wife was uncomfortable with the price and has stated she would not sign the agreement. I have since signed a "cancellation of purchase agreement", but the buyer stated they intend to go through with the transaction. Can they do this? Was the purchase agreement ever valid without my wife's signature?

Back in 2000 when I was 21 years old after just I blew my entire savings of $11,000, I knew I made a horrible mistake.

If I had to go through that time and so forth all over again physically being 21 again but knowing everything I know now at 28 and as my family around me advised that I should get that 1998 white Camaro with 24K miles because it's reliable, I would DEFINTIELY laugh in their faces now and tell them they've gotta be out of their God-damn minds and must think I'm an indiot if I'm gonna just blow my enitre savings of $11,000 away. I would ask them what the hell I'm doing on these new car lots and have them take me to a private seller and get a car for as cheap as $3000, keep $1,000 for tools and repairs, have fun with $1,000 on beer, strip clubs, EBAY, etc., and keep $6,000 in my bank and not even touch it.

That's what I would've done had I known what I know now.
What would you think of my decision had I done that?

Well, I'm hunting for jobs and I was wondering, how do you format your resumes???

I don't have a lot of experience yet since this is going to be a first for me, but I have volunteered.

I've had some serious financial problems, and my lease is up next month. (I moved in with someone else, so i won't be getting the deposit back on this place) I know I'm not going to have enough money to pay first months rent and a security deposit. Is there any sort of apartment you can get that dosen't require it?

That what I would've done had I known what I know now.

What would you think of my much better financial decision.
I WOULD'VE STILL HAD OVER $5,000!

Currently, our mortgage loan rate has increased drastically (from 6.5% to 9.5%) since it is ARM. We were trying to refinance it but the market value of our home has decreased and it’s really hard to get a bank approve the refinancing.

I hit a car yesterday. The claim total is 840.00 and they would like me to pay for a two day car rental out of pocket. I don't feel that I was at fault, but I don't want my rates to go up if I claim this accident. Do rates automatically go up if you have one claim on your insurance. I also want the other drivers insurance to be aware of the accident if my insurance company pays for it. Any suggestions?

The year was 2000 just days before 2001. I was 21, soon to turn 22. I spent years being a miser always doing nothing but saving, saving, and saving my money never spending it on anything pretty much. I then worked long, hard hours at a McDonald's to earn the other half of this saved-up money. I had a total of $11,000, so $5,500 was from being a miser for years and the other $5,500 was from butting my as$ working at McDonald's through all the misery of working at a job like that. I had no debts. I had no credit history. I was a college student just starting out on that long 2-year road to getting my degree. I had $11,000 saved up, and in just one move, just like that, I blew it all on a car that cost a little more than what I had. I didn't have a real job, by the way. I couldn't afford this. I should've spent no more than $3,000 on an older car.

I couldn't afford to blow all of my money away.
I worked much too hard to save up what I had saved up.
