I don't know what you mean by flower gifts but maybe you could sell them to a flower shop or wedding planner.

Start with your circle of friends & relatives. Maybe put together a brochure with pictures of a selections of flower gifts. Have them hand out your brochures to other people they know. You could offer a discount for a sales referral. This is a good way to judge the market & does not cost a lot of money.

You need a plan, then money, then advertising, then clients, then you can work. There is a lot more to it but I think that is the basics. Good Luck!!
