well, iv decided to take a leap of faith here and would like to start my own company. I would really appricatie any help on how to or even any advice.let me know please!thanks

Ignore all these spammers.

You need to go to school. You don't need a four year degree or anything like that, but you should AT LEAST take two or three basic business courses.

Yes, putting it off for up to a year sounds horrible, but if you're trying to start a legitimate business that will last you the rest of your life, one year spent making you successful is a very worthy investment...plus you can save your earnings during that time to make the transition easier!

You did not give us a lot of details of your business idea.
First thing, do your homework to do the planning. What product to sell, how I am going to get customer, local competition. The business & Marketing plan as first answer suggested.
If you contact the Small Business Administration office, they have prepared business plans for many different types of businesses. The local book store has many how to books as well.
