My husband is a graphic designer and is doing quite a bit of free-lance on the side. He has just started making designs to screen print onto t-shirts but we're wondering how he can sell the shirts but also protect his designs as his own. Does anyone know how he can keep others from ripping off his designs?

good luck, whats he going to do if someone steal his design. sue? you have folks stealing music out there. concentrate on selling at flea markets or ebay.
