There isn't a detailed procedure for this. I have worked with these firms before. You really need to have experience because a venture fund or private equity firm is inundated with requests for money. India, although a common law nation, is quite unlike the United States in its history. You would need an Indian solicitor, incredible accountants and great internal controls, all while being inundated on the front end by single page requests for millions of rupees. Even in well developed markets like the US there isn't a set of guidelines. You need to find people who have done this before and bring your money to them to work with them and learn from them.
