I don't have the mortgage papers with me right now and that is the only place I know where the legal description is...

I'm not sure that there is a place online. I believe that you would have to go to the courthouse and find it there. That would be information found in your abstract/title. An abstract researcher could get that information at the courthouse for you - I'm almost positive it's not available online. Hope that helps.

Not all Tax Districts (or whatever they are called) post legal descriptions online. Some do, some do a partial post, and others not at all. And yet others have NOTHING online. Your best bet is to follow the advice of others here and take a trip down to your local taxing authority to get a copy of it.

Call the County Courthouse for the county you live in. Give them all the information you have and they can look your description up for you.

you should be able to go to your local count tax collector's website and it should be on there...if you don't see it, the tax collector's office should be able to direct you on the site...just call their office.
