I have an apartment for $1100 and includes washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher.

Here is how you should advertise:

1. How many bedrooms?
2. How big is the apartment?
3. Location?
4. Parking included?
5. Wall to wall carpet or hardwood floor?

If you forget to include all these, you are just wasting your points.
