It's from an infomercial on tv where you can buy houses for less than $1,000.

Once in awhile, I receive a call from someone who attended one of these seminars, or something similar.

The short answer is NO, it doesn't work.

There is no magic system to buying RE. Start small, invest in something you can afford, live in it, make improvements, hopefully sell it for a profit and buy something a little bigger. Or buy a rental with a good return, in good condition. Be disciplined and keep money aside for repairs. If being a landlord is working for you, buy another. And you don't have to pay me $1,000 for that.

I trust the 2 above that this can be a get wealthy rapid rip-off, however dis agree approximately the truly property dealer. They might be ready to furnish a lot aid, however so much are not making their cash off investments. If you as an agent best promote 1million greenbacks in step with yr you ought to depart the industry. I make good over 100k each and every yr and don't spend money on the way in which you talk. I aid others. So you're a few what correct and a few what flawed. Good good fortune. RE agent, Remax

If you could read back a few weeks in these forums, you'd find a number of posters who wish they had never gone to the seminars.

There's a lot of dissatisfaction and bitterness in the forum about Beck and similar others who try to sell these programs.
