You are better off getting a two bedroom apt and each of you pay $500. Leases don't allow sublet and they don't allow guest to stay longer than 5 days. That means your plan will either get you evicted for violating your lease or you pay about $400 or $500 or whatever the extra amount is for every additional person staying with you for longer than 5 days but not longer than 30 days, assuming your landlord agrees to that. If you landlord doesn't agree to that, then your friend has to leave.

4 human beings sharing hire is often 25% each and each. for this reason your mixed share truthfully IS 0.5. slumbering arrangements do not factor into it, sweetie. you're actually not being compelled to share a room with a stranger and you don't get to call the photos, cupcake! If I have been the different 2, i could be pushing so you might pay 60% for the deluxe accomodation of the grasp suite yet having suggested that off to 50% on the grounds which you're offering the fixtures. of direction you place up the puppy deposit -- it is your dang dogs! It does not factor into the equation. Pay up! P.S. in case you do unlike this, you could circulate. Your B/F won't be able to as he signed the hire and the different 2 can (and can, if it comprises it) make him pay his share until eventually they discover a suitable replace -- and purely then if the owner facilitates his call to come again off the hire.

Some leases limit the amount of time a person not on the lease can stay at the apartment. Some apartments limit the number of people who can live there. But other than that, you would be OK.

Don't have your friend join in later if you're worried about violating the lease. You and your friend should be able to enter into the lease together at the same time. Apply together and you should have no worries.
