regional sales. you have to call yellow pages where you live and it is based in the market and number of books printed and used that is how they set the price. No standard fee on this one.

It depends on the size of your market. A small, in-column ad can range from $20 to several hundred dollars depending on how big your book is.

In Washington, DC it is approximately $500 monthly for a one quarter page size with no color

Depends on the publisher, and be sure to read the fine print when you sign the contract for the ad! Sometimes they try to add alot of BS charges, especially Donnelly
