I,m not a expert on interest rates but i,m in the market for a vehicle and i keep hearing zero percent financing at dealerships. is it a good thing will it end up screwing you over in the long run.

OK, I hjave been selling on ebay for almost a year. I started small and thought I had it down. But I wish the would use one reference, on paypal you have to search by person's name you send it to, on ebay, they use "user ID' and user's email addy and it just seems like so many of the areas I need to work in don't connect. Like if I make a shipping label and don't get it right on the item, then it lays around and I sell fabric so you don't know when it's gone because you just cut off a bit. Does anyone understand this frustration and have you worked it out.?

Hi I sell on ebay and sometimes it gets crazy. Anyhow, I have created thru paypal about 10 shipping labels I never used and if I used track and confirm it shows that. I should be able to get a refund from paypal or USPS ? anyone done this

Well, I have no idea how to grow my sphere of influence. About 2 years ago I got my real estate license, I sent out messages and announcements that I was in real estate and still 2 years later I have to get a call from someone in my sphere of influence. I would really like to have a referral only business because it brings the most reliable people to you. I have heard all the typical answers to this like "keep sending them newsletters and stuff...", "go talk to them...", and whatever the typical answers and since I already know and use these methods that are not working for me please don't give me the same answers, what I want to know is if someone did something inconventional that helped drive referrals to you. Thanks!!

I've tried work at home jobs before and I was doing one where you have to make jewelry, bookmarks and things like that. They would always say the item was not made correctly, or make some other excuse so I never got paid.

Through internet research I found out about a work at home job doing clerical work, but they want me to pay a fee of $8.99 for an information and training kit (this is much cheaper than the fee I paid for the jewelry kit ($30) ). Has anyone ever done a clerical work at home job? Did you have any success? Is there a "catch" I should watch out for? Is it worth it to try?

Ok my husband and I filed for the EITC and CTC we have two children that live with us and are ours, 5 and 4 years old. The feds withheld the eitc but gave us the ctc money. Now their asking for the ctc money back and I have a 90 day letter of deficency now and have to petition the tax courts. My question is with the amount only being 2000 dollars should I represent myself?

Well I just recently learned that my credit score is really low and it is below 520. I don't know the exact score but I just know it is lower then that. I currently have a credit card bill I am working on paying off on time(after I was late for a little while) but my question is what do I need to do to make my credit better and more importantly HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE to make it better? I am looking to get into the 600 range....THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!

I have been living in my home approx. 2 years. It is a beautiful little house and I have had in the last three months five different people come to my door asking to please contact them if I ever want to sell.

I don't know why they expressed interest other than my property is in a very nice part of SE Wisconsin, lake view, elementary school very close by (just walk through backyard).

I never considered selling. Until now.

Due to a death in the family it seems prudent that I sell this home.

Would it be better to contact these people first? Do a FSBO or Agent?

Five people in two months, each not knowing the other (I asked!) one guy offered me nearly 25K more than I owe on my mortgage. Is there something ELSE going on that I may need to find out, as to what is causing such an interest?

i need one to order something from amazon.com. i do live in the united states but i need to use a money order. it say that it must be "drawn on a U.S. Bank" and also be "preprinted with a nine-didget bank rounting number". so i'm assuming i have to get one from a bank, not just a grocery store or whatever. i heard it costs a lot from a bank. does anyone know how much it would cost to get a $48 money order from a bank?
