I am looking to sell my condo and am thinking about using one of the many "We Sell Your Home" or "We Buy Your Home" services. I am wondering if anyone has used this service before and if there is one that you would recommend?

The only thing that sells your home is price!!! How bad do you want to sell? Furthur more why sell now in a buyers market? Why sell when the market is low and no one is buying? Buy low sell high. Rent it out even at a negative and in time you will see a profit. But price will sell your home in any market. You make your money when you buy.
