SO I am a low income student that wants to invest early and have a nice nest egg someday..

pay back training cost if I do not remain employed for at least 1 year. The document has excessive non compete disclaimers and require that I agree not to sue and agree to pay for part of the cost of mediation should such need arise. Non of which was discussed before I accepted the offer. I would not have accepted this position had these terms (2 pages worth) been disclosed up front. Yet I have already tendered my resignation in my current position and given notice on my current apartment lease. I am not willing to sign this document. What can I do at this point?

If some one or a business gets extra money into their bank account that is not ment for that individual. Can they spend the money and no owe the bank any money back?

my boss is a big bully and i want advice on how to deal with him! he accused me once of stealing fax money and now deducts it from my weekly wages. he pays me $150 a week and now deducts 50.. so i can barely do anything for myself. ihe knows i'm in a very vulnerable situation and all the money i can get. anyway, i have something important to take of and i need $400.. he said he'll help me out but i know he's lying... i asked him to stop the deduction till i get the money saved up and he refused saying that he'll help me come up with the money, now that doesn't make any sense... he treats me really bad and it hurts! who can i turn to and what can i do?

I recently had two job interviews at a fortune 500 company in California for a receptionist position. At end of 2nd interview, I was told, "We would like to make you a job offer, after we do a background check" ( My background is spotless except for a traffic ticket 10 years ago). When I called back after 9 days they coldly told me the position was filled ( No explanation) and the job is again being posted on job boards. I believe after the 2nd interview they realized I was over 50. I believe my age was the issue. However in the intereview they stated I was qualified and wanted to make me a job offer. Is this a verbal contract.

is it possible to buy from a manufacterer and sell to a salesman
lets say you buy 100 i pods for 30 bucks a piece and sell them for 50 bucks a peice hypotheticly speaking is this possible to sell in bulk to other sales men when you buy in bulk straight from the manufacterer?

3 months ago i was hired as a temp for the location i am working but they love me and want to make me permanent i know how much they pay the agency and i know how much the agency pays me ...can i ask for somthing in beween when my final papers are signed???...........can i ask for a raise??

I need a volunteer site asap. One of my courses for school is a service learning credit, I only need 12 hours. I am located around Detroit Michigan. I just need to volunteer around Detroit. I can NOT find a place and it is due on the 20th of this month!> Its last minute, because first i planned on doing it at alzeheimers associaton, and she told me last minute i had to do like a month of training before, and committ to a year, which i dont have time. then, i was going to do tutoring at a high schoo, and then she didnt call me back, and then i was gonna do soup kitchens, and the guy that runs pretty much all of them finally got a hold of me today back, and said that they are full with volunteers until after thanksgiving. please help, i have a little over a week , and dont know what to do now!

I saw house back in February 2006 in NY with the listing agent for that house however nothing ever happened. Fortunately for me the house is still on the market and I would like to know before I go any further if I would be able to purchase the house with a different agent, I have no contract with that listing agent the only paper I signed was back in February saying I saw the house with the listing agent. Is there any statue of limitations to this agent?

On the other hand if i did not sign anything at all and just saw the house with them do they have any rights to the sale?

Hey, I have a PayPal account and I have not yet registered my BofA credit card in it. My friend owes me $125 and he wants to send it through Paypal. If I register my credit card through my account, will it go directly to my credit card (checking account) or will it just stay in my PayPal account as "PayPal Money" ? If it does, how do I get it out as physical cash ?

Anything else I should know ?
