I'm tired of constantly having car problems no matter what car I get, but I don't want to take two buses to work. Should I get a different job closer to my house, or should I move and live closer to my job? Right now, I love my house and I love my job too. Which one is the better decision? I'm thinking about moving closer to my job--like maybe getting rid of my car and moving right across the street from work.

I got a job offer about three weeks ago for a job that I didn't really want, so carried on looking. I'm due to start on Monday - however, I've been offered something better this morning, which I'm going to take. Can anyone offer advice on how to say no (politely) to the one's I'm abandoning?

I want to buy a new house, but I'm afraid I won't be able to sell my current house before closing. If I use other funds for my down payment, will the tax implications be different on the proceeds from the sale of my house if I'm not using it towards my new house, but rather paying myself back?

Also, assuming my house doesn't sell for awhile, and I'm paying two mortgages and two property taxes, can I take the usual deductions from both places?

I hope my questions are clear.

My partner works in a residential home for the elderly, the manager continually goes to Poland to bring back polls to work as carers, most speak very little English which could put the elderly`s health at risk if they are in pain and unable to comunicate where the pain is. They must also feel lonely and isulated not being able to comunicate with people that take care of them.

Hi,
Before I start, I should say that in no way do I endorse the rip of culture of premium rate telephone numbers you see on TV quiz shows etc.
However, I have a business idea offering advice and would like to market myself by using a premium rate telephone number that would generate an income.
My question is: is it possible to do this and secondly, where do I find the info I need?
Many thanks

Trudy
PS the subject matter would be astrology
