Has anyone ever heard about ESANDA. What is the risk of putting our money (about 10.000) in ESANDA. They said it is safe because ESANDA is under ANZ bank in AUSTRALIA. However, what is the actual chance for me to lose my money in investing money in ESANDA debenture stock?? THX

Calling all aggrieved consumers of the world. There should be a consolidated website against banks charging excessively for late/overdraft fees, airlines & retail companies with poor customer service, hospitals with poor service, etc.

Most of the mortgage companys I have tryed will not give me a mortgage because I have a credit score under 400. They say they will not help anyone with out having a credit score over 500.

I have a fourclouser on my credit and a really old credit card bill that I refuse to pay. Other then that every thing else on my credit report has been paid. Some late some on time.

I have tryed every mortgage company on line and the bank in my town.

I DO NOT want to get a credit card to 'fix' my credit history. I have had those and I do not do well with them. Or a store card either. Or a gas card.

I think things will stay on my credit report for up to ten years but I would like to know if there is a mortgage out there that will give me a mortgage now. Yes I have thought about rent.

Obesity is a major health hazard, affecting 20% of Westerners.

Isn't it time the community provided tax incentives for people to lose weight?

Some will argue that such a tax is discriminatory, and indeed it is, but then so are many taxes, against smokers, drinkers and drivers.

Of course, those with medical conditions ashould be exempted from such a tax.

I am a hardware engineer. I have a job, which requires me to travel quite oftenly. My wife is very much attached to me. she doesn't like me travelling. Whenever I go on travel, she is sad and she cries. I have tried to convince her, I have told her that "this job is my bread and butter". She also works, but she is still not able to aadjust to this life style. She tells me to change my job. But as I know every decent job, which gives a decent pay, requires a little travel.
