In industries give grades depending on skills . But how to be more specific about highlyskilled.skilled.semiskilled and unskilled????

Highly skilled: Can do a job independently; also he can do new type of job with little guidance.
Skilled: Can do a job independently; also he can not do new type of job with little guidance, more guidance is required; even some basic knowledge is required.
Semi skilled: Can not do a job independently; also he can not do the job with little or more guidance.
Unskilled: Can not do a job independently; also he can not do the job with any guidance.
