My husband is a british citizen, age 55. I have a spousal visa, US citizen. We both have been in upper management jobs, in corporate america. Lots of experience, he has a masters degree.What are our chances of finding jobs, that will be enough to pay our bills etc. The cost of living here is very high comapared to the US.

I'm a self-confessed lazy person in the morning... once I get going through the day I'm fine... I'm busy all the time.. I never stop... But I just can't motivate myself in the morning... I'm often late for work (not the model employee, I know!) But it turns out I could be heading for this promotion that could really help me move up in the company and would be great finacially... really chuffed for myself... however.. if this is all to go ahead I need to be making a better impression and want to get into work earlier and have more time in the morning... I'm terrible for hitting the 'snooze' button and then end up sleeping in and then get really mad at myself when I have to rush round like hell and try to get ready on time... are you a good morning person? Do you have good motivation?
- If so... do you have any good tips for me please??

I don't ask for this Junk to be posted to me but seeing as they include the envelope for the reply or order they are hoping to get I was wondering if it was against the law to simply out a sticker with a different address on the front and use it to send my own mail? I know most of them are stamped "Response Licence No," and then they have a code but I have no idea what this means. Would be grateful for some help!

I am being taxed by the irs on prefered shares of stock and then taxed again on the same shares after they were converted to common shares. The common shares show no basis, so the irs wants to tax me on 100% of the share price when I've already paid income tax on the shares when they were prefered stock.
