4 weeks ago i asked if there were any free grants for buying a home.alot of people said there was no such thing.well you were all wrong.there is such a thing.www.libertygrant.com they are the reason i will be moving into my own HOME in about 2 weeks.thank you jeff.one more thing ondrefors....don't worry darlin,my tax money will be helping another family in thier time of need also.only diffrence is i won't be complaining about it.

From their site:

Seller participation for the amount above the initial 2.25% is required. At the close of sale, the seller makes a contribution to Nehemiah Corporation of America in an amount equal to the grant given the buyer plus pays a small processing fee equal to .25% of the final sales price.

So in other words ... you paid someone .25% of the purchase price for a sellers concession ????
