It depends a bit on your timescale of trading, a day trader wouldn't use the same programs as an end-of-day trader.
Metastock and Tradestation are supposed to be the best, but expensive.
I use Stockwiz for French stocks and end-of-day trading. It's completely programmable, which is what I wanted, but the programming language is somewhat primitive.

If a person has no knowldge and skills about Forex then it will be very difficult to trade in Forex. But if you use the right software you can make very good profit. The best software is called "autobinary signal". If you aren't a big expert this software is the only way to earn good money in Forex.
