Oh goodness, telephone interviews are the worst, becuz this is the way they can decide if they want u or not. Strengths are easy, it could be, that you are hardworking, dependable, great personality, easy to train or work with...weaknesses are harder, becuz with this is when you have to name it and turn it around to make it positive. Like what I always say is "in the past, I considered my weakness to be organization and/or prioritizing tasks, but simply getting an organizer and/or planner, I found it much easier to set daily goals and stay focused on what I needed to do..Every since then, my organizer has been my life." For me it's the truth, but I say go for what you can. I wish you the best!

first of all stay cool
be confident in your answers
be attentive about what is being asked and answer to the point
be polite while asking any questions. but dont forget to ask questions.
think about what really is your strength??? your thinking? your dedication towards work? etc....
likewise for weaknesses.....
say about something related your job , that will help you.
have good phone manners...absolutely necessary....
be confident....am sure u get thru
