I had my car reposessed and then reclaimed it 1 week later. I have made my payments on time every month since. It is still showing up on my credit report as a repo and that the account is closed. It's not showing any payments I am making. I have contacted the bank and they give me the run around. I disputed it on my credit report and they checked with the bank and said it is correct. I have the car in my posession, is there anything I can do to have my credit report fixed?

I had a property with my girlfriend, she left over a year ago. I am paying the bills on my own. How long till i can have her removed from the title deeds. She pays nothing towards the upkeep of the house and has left the area. I am not in contact with her to sign any documents and i want to sell the property as soon as possible as the bills are starting to mount up. As the mortgage was based on a dual income it is now hard to meet on a sole basis.

We are buying a house. Well we tracted down the first survey done only 2 years ago and was told we should have no problem using it. Well yesterday we were told the title company wouldn't except it and we have to have a new one. WHY???? the survey like i said was only 2 years old the house is only 3 years old, why wouldn't they except it???? The morgage company has been telling us for weeks that this survey would work, then 5 days before we are suppost to close we find out different.

my boss' best friends daughter and her best friend work where i work. i got into a fight with the daughter's best friend. ( a guy) its a pretty bad fight too. do i need to apologize due to the fact that im scared he will tell the daughter of my boss' best friend and i might get fired?? thats the ONLY reason id apologize. long story short he got pissed off at me at work because i couldnt help him finish his work because i was too busy WORKING and he was wasting time socializing. i called him on it and he freaked out on me. now what?
