Reliance are the slow workers like that of the Government U should check IT and U must prove it and shout at them along with the Proof then it will be easy for U To get good Response

Reliance as i know is a slow worker like a government organisation, but once you complain they will take care. But complaining does not mean just messaging or calling them up, you are suppose to shout at them for once. Then once they correct it you can relax coz they will see that it never happens again. thats how Reliance is.

Can you prove it? The problem is you have no recourse. Try putting another meter to check. This can be a proof and you can fight it out.
