I mailed a certified letter, with signature request, asking for proof of the inflated fees a collector has added to my original debt within the 30 day period. The collector did not respond, so I sent another certified letter a month later. Two days after my last letter, I received a letter from the collector, saying they have NOT heard from me, and will place the information on my credit report in 15 days if they don't hear from me. Liars! Also, this has been on my report before I received their 1st letter, so I don't see the point of them writing to tell me that.

I have not called them, and they do not have my number. I don't want to speak with them until I have verification in my hand so that I know what I'm discussing. Everything has been by mail.

The original account was for $5000, with the original creditor. 30 days after the collector gets it, the amount is inflated to over $11,000 and they continue to add $110 extra each month. What can I do at this point?

sleep!!
It's now 6:50am where I am on a saturday and the sun is up.
I have an 90 minute interview for a position and I keep seeing myself failing. I can't deal with this. My interview is at 3pm.

I go between stages of feeling like I cant do it and stages of feeling like Im never gonna make it. WHY cant I be stable, or like that confident kid that just dominated in my discussion group.

I had a freakout at work today when I was put on a section for which I just learned how to do. I had to ask my supervisor to send someone else when the line started getting backed up and the sandwhiches were getting burnt!!! I just plain freaked out because the patrons were looking at me funny.

I don't even know if I want to do this anymore. Its for a leadership position at my college. It will last about a month and have extensive trianing if Im accepted. I feel like Im gonna be so outta my element, help me guys!!!

the payment from my bank account in natwest has been taken after 4 days of buying but in paypal its still 'pending' and 'uncleared'. the seller is in the US and im UK. does it usually take this long? people said payment should be straight away with a card but its not.

or Does it really matter?
Am a chef ... work in the kitchen at the most precious English landmark in London for English culture, art, education and information. The restaurant and catering contract run by a overseas company. Many of them cant speak English and I cant speak German. The head manager also speak very limited english. There is no single British born person in the kitchen. I am a naturalised British. I lost my previuos job because I cant speak Hindi. Should I learn German and other languages in order work in the kitchen or they should learn English?
