Make a list of your weaknesses and identify which of them you can compensate for with your strengths.
A conflict situation has to be solved by searching for and identifying a win - win situation for all the parties involved in the conflict.
A good team player has to match his goals to the team goals, coordinate with team members and help maintain a harmonious and productive thinking and emotional atmosphere.

My weakness is dealing with stupid people. I solve it by kicking their ***. I am team player by letting my co-workers help kick their ***.

Not sure what you are asking, but if you are the interviewee, make all answers POSITIVE, even if a negative experience.
