I can understand that the laws may sound this way when reading them. However, the result I notice in the workplace on a daily basis does not reflect this at all. I see more white males and females in the workplace than anything else. Minorities are minorities for a reason...there are less of them. So...you see more of the majority in the workforce.

yes positive discrimination is definitely a form of racism people shouldn't get the job or promotion because the company needs more people of that ethnicity or they need someone with a disability to fill a quota the best person for the job ought to be chosen regardless of race.
Someone I used to work with was in an employment agency and 2 English lads walked in and asked if there was any vacancies and where told no a few minutes later 2 Polish girls walked in and asked about vacancies and they where told yes as the agencies gets extra money for taking on foreign nationals. this is definitely a case of racial discrimination caused by government subsidies

Of course it is! Still, it's better we start getting used to each other instead of staying separate and then there is some all out race war in 2050 because we never gradually became friends. It's kinda like your mom telling you to play nice with your brothers.
