I have always doubted the truth in most of the adverts i see telling me how i can make £100,000 in a week, but now I have come to realise that there is some truth in them. first of all think of two guys who started a website called YouTube just less than two years and sold it for £875m to google. It sounds abit stupid considering the money involved but it happened. for that reason, I have embarked on some research for business ideas on how I can make it online. I have come across some good ideas on www.magic2success.com but iam still looking for more. if any of you guys can help me, after making it, we can share the proceeds and you take 5%.

thanks for your responses

the last 15 of those as a taxi driver in Kent. The work is becoming harder now (too many taxis & not enough people to use them). I'm workiing longer & longer to earn less & less money. I am not afraid to work unsociable hours & that includes weekends,of course. So if you are that Director & you have a vehicle that needs a careful driver with a clean license, please get back to me.

I was told I need to give $800 dollars for a $5000 personal loan which after 6 months of good payments would be given back to me to go toward me paying back my loan at 7.5% for 3 years. Should I be skeptical of paying $800 dollars. The business has been around since 1979 and they are not a member of the better business bureau. The better business bureau of DC/Philadelphia, PA states that in the past three years no one has reported anything negative about this company.

I am thinking about going to dental school instead of medical school because of the unreasonable strain that med school places on a woman's personal family life. Is it "easier" in the sense that it's also less stressful? For example, is it unreasonable to be a married person when you're in dental school? I know I won't be having kids until I'm out. I'd like to do a pediatric specialization. Thoughts on this? Thanks!

Can somebody please give me an in depth answer to the best ways of going about it and if i would have to register it as a business or not. Also what sort of prices do I charge for what. Please help!

I am pre-approved for a 100% financing or 5% down. I have the 5% down payment already saved and I'm wondering what makes more sense.

A) Taking a 100% financing mortgage (80/20 mortgage structure) and use the 5% I had saved to pay off our car loans (total of $420/month, both still have 2 1/2 years worth of payments on them) I would still have roughly 2% of my down payment in cash left after paying off the cars.

B) Put a down payment of 5% on our mortgage (with an 80/15/5 strutcture)

The monthly difference in our mortgage payment between the 100% scenario and the 5% down scenario would be $200. I would have an extra $420/month if my cars were paid off.

What makes the most sense? Is it worth paying off non tax-deductible debt and end up with a larger mortgage payment and the bigger tax deduction that would go along with that? Does does affect my chances of refinancing sooner rather than later if interest rates went down?
