I need to file a complaint against a company but don't know how or where to do it.

Any suggestions?

call your local tv station and give then the story some love this stuff and have reporter and special segments to cover just this thing.

Depends if you are customer or employee and what kind of problem? Also do you want them them to fix the problem, or are you looking for "pay back"? If you want them to fix the problem, decide in your mind what a fair resolution would be and write a factual, non-emotional letter to the President of the Company asking for what you who want and telling him/her why you deserve it.

If you are a customer:
Office of the President of the Company
or
BBB
or
Attorney General in your state
or
Small Claims Court

or an employee:
Office of the President of the Company
or
Wage and Hour board for youy state

Try an calling or writing a detailed letter explanation of the complain to better business bureau.

We need a little more information....what country are you in? what line of business is the company in? Have you already had a response from the company's head management? What action have you alredy tried?

You did not mention what type of complaint you wish to file. My best advice is to call your city's workforce program, and they will guide in the right direction.
