Hey guys, I have a situation, I recently baught a home with my partner, We also recently broke up and I am behind on my mortgage payment, they are about to forclose and I need help to come up with the 3000.00 dollars, are there any government assisstance programs or anything you guys know of thet will help me?

I recently sold some stock and didn't want to buy new stock. So, I put all the money into a Money Market Prime Fund. Am I going to get taxed badly on this. Someone told me I have to reinvest it before the year is out and I'll be ok.

Since my husband and I moved in this apartment things weren't going smoothily. This person responsible for our account was always screwing up. They requsted an allotment since my husband is in the military. The account number they gave us was incorrect every month. this has made us broke becuase we're always overdrawn bwcuase of their mistake. Since, the last month we have paid with another form. Now these last two months our plumbing is acting weird, and it took them 3 days to replace a heater. reminds you we live in VA and it gets cold at nite.On top of that we have neighbors above us that are consatantly running and yelling their floor is our ceiling , it makes it hard to sleep. We were wondering if these terms would be considered to break our lease? We are going to their office today and letting them know these issues.

We moved into our apartment on January 12th of this year. A couple of months later the management company was bought out by a new company. Yesterday I came home to a letter stating that they were not renewing our lease. When I tried to call and find out why, they said they don't have to tell us why. I don't understand how they can just put people out like that for no reason. We cause no problems, pay our rent every month (it's been late once or twice, but they still got it). I asked them if they would place us in another one of their complexes and they said no. So, they obviously aren't asking us to leave because of renovations or anything cause why wouldn't they just tell us that? I am so upset. I don't want to move my son again. Is there anyone I can talk to legal wise about this??

I am getting no reply from my airlne and when I ring they are refusing to help as they say the address on their system does not match mine. There is no way I gave another address and I feel this may be a delaying tactic or else a mistake. Either way I am getting nowhere. I have evidence of them having my correct address and if I send it now I will still be waiting for a reply- it has already been 12 weeks of waiting, having written twice and i am at my wit's end!

I recently got married and we are trying to figure out the best way to do our taxes. We were going to claim married and have my husband claim 1, and I would claim 0. We just don't want to have to pay in at the end of the year. So I am wondering if we should claim married, but withhold at the higher single rate and then both claim 0. Will that make a huge difference on how much they take out monthly?
