Hey guys, I have a situation, I recently baught a home with my partner, We also recently broke up and I am behind on my mortgage payment, they are about to forclose and I need help to come up with the 3000.00 dollars, are there any government assisstance programs or anything you guys know of thet will help me?

Refinance your home to lower the mortage payments.
Rent out a room to earn extra money to help with payments. Get a second job.

The only thing is to save your home at this point in time is to file a chapter 13 bk. It will stop the foreclosure. Did your partner nit sign with you? The only other thing is to sell it before the foreclosure. The last is to allow the foreclosure and then file a chapter 7 bk on any loan balance at the point of sale on the court house steps.
