Yipes! The answer above me had the worst answer that I've heard to date. It's obvious she doesn't have a clue, but just wants a few points.
Google Answers will pay experts to answer questions. I don't know how you would go about getting on with them, though.
I think this one pays for answers, but I don't know how it works.

frankly i do not know.
but u can
search in net
ask other paramedics
ask anyone in ur field, whom you think will have a decent answer
ask in related forums
keep on asking, one day u will end up with the answer
--nobody asked anybody to comment on others answers.
if a person knows some answer, let him/her answer within her circle.
if I wanted those 2 points i need not write two paragraphs. one liner would have been far more than enough.
learn some courtesy first.
