I am a waitress and I get paid cash everyday I work.I commute 40mi to work and home and I find it very easy to spend my earnings because I get paid cash(burns a hole in my pocket!) Does anyone have tips on how to save money (Cash) I don't have a bank account (I'm trying to save$ to pay off my debt!)

Hiya, I have a 2nd interview tommorow, I have already been offered the job once but I turned it down a few weeks ago, they have now come back to me and asked me to reconsider.
Prob is, they have:

A: No sick pay
B: Unpaid overtime

Should I ask them to specify how many hours is expedted o/t and what happens if I have an accident and am off sick, do I get discrestianary sick leave?

It is a co-ordinator positions and no sick leave because they beleive peeps work better. I could go far with the company and have regular pay reviews to make up for the o/t.

Think I should go for it??????

I am from India. My brother is the only earning member of the family, and he joined as a call centre executive last month..but after signing a bond and offer letter, he was given a second offer letter 2 days later, with a reduced pay scale..my brother tried to talk to the management but failed. He had no option but to leave. He went there just for 2 days. he signed non-judicial bond. now the company is sending notice to my brother to pay a huge amount. what can be done?
