Hiya, I have a 2nd interview tommorow, I have already been offered the job once but I turned it down a few weeks ago, they have now come back to me and asked me to reconsider.
Prob is, they have:
A: No sick pay
B: Unpaid overtime
Should I ask them to specify how many hours is expedted o/t and what happens if I have an accident and am off sick, do I get discrestianary sick leave?
It is a co-ordinator positions and no sick leave because they beleive peeps work better. I could go far with the company and have regular pay reviews to make up for the o/t.
Think I should go for it??????
