Brother broke a bond to leave job, now being served notice, help.?

Question

I am from India. My brother is the only earning member of the family, and he joined as a call centre executive last month..but after signing a bond and offer letter, he was given a second offer letter 2 days later, with a reduced pay scale..my brother tried to talk to the management but failed. He had no option but to leave. He went there just for 2 days. he signed non-judicial bond. now the company is sending notice to my brother to pay a huge amount. what can be done?

Need to take legal advice and..............if the pay was offered at higher than commited now then he sure can have a case with the company
