You will have to change the way you feel / think !! You need to overcome the urge of spending !
Start by putting one dollar away a day... at the end of the year you will have 365 dollars to put towards your debt. The new year is coming so get ready to do this ! Think you can do better ?? Then try 10 dollars and stick with it and DO NOT TOUCH IT ! At the end of the year pay something off!
All in all stop spending and soon you will have more money. Better yet.. open a savings account and add to it weekly NOT WEAKLY ! Then consider rolling it over into a mutual fund or better yet so you CAN"T touch it... an IRA. Soon this money will make money on its own!

My wife was a waitress for a while and I know what you mean. It is very difficult to save that money that you get every night. You are just going to have to seperate every night the money that you are putting into saving and keep the rest on you. Get a few different envelopes and label them. Write savings on one of them and put the money in there. Never ever touch the money in the savings envelope. You need to open an account. Once a week, you take the money in that envelope and deposit it into your account. I would also label one envelope as bills and open a seperate account for those. The only time you take money out that account is when you need to pay a bill and you are writing a check. It works out great that way. You should also open a third account for you spending money. That will be the one you use your debit card and ATM on. That will be your ciggarette and gas account. Trust me it works. Start out with the envelopes and then open your accounts. Make weekly deposits.
1) Savings account
2) Bills account
3) Personel cash account

I think you should start by opening a bank account and a savings account. Than write down everything you owe and how much you think you can afford to pay to each one every month. Than before you buy anything pay all of these bills in the amount you have planed. After that all the left over money can be spending money but you should try and put atleast 10% in a savings account.

If you want to spend and still save cash. Shop for bargains.
And open your own savings account.
Try to find other ways of getting cash. (having a business, answering surveys for profit etc) Do legitimate business.

Consider your savings a bill that you owe yourself. Pay yourself first, anytime you get $. You may want to pick a percentage of the money your get and stick to that amount to save.
