Hey, I have a PayPal account and I have not yet registered my BofA credit card in it. My friend owes me $125 and he wants to send it through Paypal. If I register my credit card through my account, will it go directly to my credit card (checking account) or will it just stay in my PayPal account as "PayPal Money" ? If it does, how do I get it out as physical cash ?

Anything else I should know ?

THANX ^_^

After he pays you through paypal, you then have to transfer the $$ from your paypal account to your checking account. In case you don't already know, paypal does charge a fee to accept money - it's 2-3% or something. That means paypal would take about $3.75 out of $125.

You will have to enter bank account information (not the number on your debit card). Just update or add bank account info in Paypal. Then he can pay you, but Paypal will take out a fee.

will just stay in your PayPal account as "PayPal Money" ?

You have to link a checking or savings account to PayPal in order to transfer that money out.

You may be able to send yourself a check from PayPal but that's just a guess. I don't recall if that's possible or not.
