Tattoos - June 2007

Obviously think of it having a tattoo ink design, and not looking cartoonish. Also it would be located on my back close to my neck.

I got a tattoo at 7 pm on tuesday it is 3 am on wednesday and I am having pain when I walk. The tattoo is on my left foot and ankle and it covers my whole foot. There is a little swelling but mostly it just hurts and burns and I took Ibprouphen to help with the aches. It didn't feel painful while getting it in fact the tattoo artist was impressed how I took it. I had two kids natural (to put my threshold of pain in prespective for you skeptics) But the after pain sucks I am limping which is not cool cause I have two kids to chase after. I can take this for a day or two but I hope this isn't going to last. Does anyone else who has gotten a tat on their foot expeirence the same kind of after pain or can someone give me feedback that all is good. There is nothing nasty on my tat it just hurts and I want to know if it is normal.

I want to get a tattoo with my mom before I go away to college, I do not want to have to get an in memory tattoo after she dies rather a tattoo that we got together. Possibly get the same tattoo. I just do not know what to get. And ideas?

And the surrounding area on my left arm? I got the jab in the U.K (Scotland) when I was about 14ish? Everyone In my Secondery School got it.

Also i have a big black "uber hair" that grows really long! *Eewww!!!* it sprouts from the scar thats left there from the jab! Can anyone shed light upon that one? Or is it perfectly normal?

i have a word tattood on the inside arch of my foot. it is only 2 months old and has almost completly faded off already!!!! my artist said he would touch it up for free but is it a waste of time if its going to fade off again that quickly?! i love the tatoo but i cant go every 2 months to get it re-done!...??

Im going on vacation for the 4th of July and my aunt is supposed to take me to get my belly button peirced. Its summer and everything soo of course im going to go swimming.. Some confusing in the last one, i am FOR tattoos. Relgion says no marks or cuts FOR THE DEAD. also says, no mirrors or piercings. No interracial marriage. No pork. You may not wear a garment made of two different fabrics. And, my fave, if a man is troubled GIVE HIM A STRONG DRINK!!!

Im going to get an Ankh symbol tattooed on my lower back on saturday *first one, very excited* no bigger than 4 or 5 inches and i wanted to get it outlined in black, but i cannot decide if i want it colored in with black or a different color. i DO want a color, but i cannot decide what would look good. maybe a bronze color? ive never even seen that color on a tat so i dont know if thats possible but what color do you think?!
