I would like to know at what age can a person get a tattoo in German!
I am going to German for the summer and want to know if I am going to be able to get a tattoo there like a memory!
You will really help me If you can tell me!
I want to get the Tokio Hotel (German band) logo on my back!

At 18 or (only when your parents in written form agree) at 16
