where does the skin stretch on the upper arms? thinking of a tattoo dont want it to stretch is the inside good

Upper arms? The skin will eventually sag on your underarms (your triceps not biceps) So on that ?n I would get the tattoo on the outside of your arm.

I don't think the inside would be the best place, depending on how large the tattoo is I would stick to the outside if at all possible. I suggest asking a tatoo artist with experience what they think would do the best.
