I am visiting New Orleans in July and I am looking for a good tattoo artist located in the French Quarter where I will be staying. I already have 8 tattoos and I want this one to of as high quality as the other ones I have. I prefer a shop that i well known for it's quality and cleanliness. I would really like any ideas on who might be a good artist at the given shop. Thanks!!!

I started going to a playgroup in the winter with my daughter, it was cold so I always wore longsleeves and pants, everyone was as nice as pie to me. The warm weather is here, so I went to playgroup with my daughter and wore a tanktop and capri pants, all my tattoos were showing, when I went in there I felt like an exhibit in a museum. I found it totally hilarious that a few of these stuck up snobs would barely speak to me because I have a lot of tattoos, I am a married stay at home mom, have a great house, wonderful husband. Do tattoos really carry that much of a stigma? I love my tattoos and am not ashamed or anything, I just can't figure people out they think you are an axe murderer because you have some ink. Maybe it is because I live in a small town now.

I know that I don't want it on my lower back, or anywhere else on my back or shoulders. I really want it on my foot, but I'm hearing that it's not a good location because it fades. Then the back of the neck isn't really favored either. WHERE DO I GET THIS TATTOO!!! (I want to make sure it can be easily covered as well for work and wedding). Help!

as a girl that is pretty tatted up what do u guys think of that. I usually get one of 2 reactions guys dont like it cuz they like prissy clean cut untatted girls or guys who stop me in the street and ask me about them. Tell me what you guys think cuz i love them.

I'm getting married in two months to the man of my dreams. I want a tattoo that incorporates how I feel about him. Also, I want something having to do with God and love. I can't draw, otherwise I wouldn't be asking. I just want something really unique, creative and feminine. I'll probably be putting it on the center of my back...in case that helps anyone with ideas. I would love to get a half sleeve someday. I have one tattoo on my arm (an old school "I Heart Mom" with a swallow) but I would like that arm sleeved out. Do sleeves have to be drawn up all at once, so that they kind of have a theme? or can i just get a bunch of tats on my arm on seperate occasions and maybe have some kind of background freehanded in?
I suppose it would mostly depend on the artist, but I mean, usually?

For those of you who are about to write something like "don't get a tatto they are evil and now you have hep B" or something like that, don't. I already have 8 tats, and plan on getting more. you people shouldn't even be reading these questions. Instead, spend the 8 minutes you would have spent fuming about my question doing something constructive. Go start a blog or something.

i dropped off some pics of the flowers i want on saturday and told him to make it look good. im getting it on my right side, its going to be a really big piece covering like from my butt to armpit. the guy that's doing it has known me since i was a kid and it should be pretty good.

but im just worried that i wont like what he has drawn up and i will want to alter it or add to it or something in some way. how do i tell him this? i dont want tomake him feel bad about what he has drawn for me.

I have tried to compromise with her and said two half sleeves instead, but that still isnt good enough. I think its very selfish of her to make this statement, and I am tempted to just get them and deal with what happens. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the answers to my previous question, not sure how to add this to it. May seem a daft question but would I be able to see this early (10 days since) if the colour has come out of my tattoo. Some of the black lines are very thin and look paler than the thicker bits.
