I am visiting New Orleans in July and I am looking for a good tattoo artist located in the French Quarter where I will be staying. I already have 8 tattoos and I want this one to of as high quality as the other ones I have. I prefer a shop that i well known for it's quality and cleanliness. I would really like any ideas on who might be a good artist at the given shop. Thanks!!!

here is a pretty good shop in new orleans. i don't know if they are in the quarter or not but i would go there rather than some unknown shop in the quarter. i have been to new orleans tons of times and the things in the quarter aren't always the best.

The french quarter is beautiful and the restaurant there is sooooo good. We had the best counter service there. My husband had a plate of chicken and ribs and I had a chicken quesadilla and I was suprised what a great float and ice cream stand they had there. YUMMMY!!!! you will love the ice cream. We were very happy with that resort and it is close to downtown disney, which is nice, of course. The rooms look very antique style, which I think is very pretty, and of course you can use all three pools at riverside as well so you have the 6 pools to use. Riverside is a bit more rustic looking whereas this side is a bit more girly girl. I would stay at coronado or carribean either. If you can't stay at new orleans, then I would go up to deluxe and stay at the polynesian. It is expensive but it is so romantic and has such beautiful grounds. Enjoy your stay and be sure to have your fiance take some nice, non-flash pregnant pics of you on the grounds. You will enjoy having something with the beautiful landscaping to frame when you come home and get one together, too. Have a great trip.

Is Rings of Desire still open on Decatur? I know they specialize in Piercings, but I wasn't sure if they still do tattoos. Angel (the owner) does wonderful piercings.
