I'm 18 and I really want to get like a small butterfly tatoo on my back. But my parents won't let me and my brother says you have to be 21 or over to be able to get a tatoo? Is there anywhere I can go to get it done without parent consent? I live in IL,usa. Also is it true what people say that once you get the tatoo you later regret it??

i heard from someone that if you don't get a black outline for your tattoo that the colors will run and it will look like a watercolor painting. is this true, and if it is, how blurry does it get? i can handle it looking a little watercolory, it might be pretty, but if you can't tell what it is, that's worthless. it's going to be a small tattoo.

I see a lot of questions about tattoo removal and such, and these poor people get so many negative answers about how they shouldn't have been so stupid, it's thier fault, blah blah blah. I have a small tattoo that didn't turn out how I would have liked, and I plan on lasering it at least a couple of times to get something else, or maybe having it removed completely. So I am impulsive. I know this, and I am okay with it. I am not broken up about it, or the tattoo, its just how I am. Why are anti-tattoo folks so concerned with us and our "mistakes"? Just be cool, and live your life. Don't you think?

I got a fake Tinkerbell tattoo at Disneyworld. I want to get a real one that matches it. It is Tink standing, with her back facing out, one hand on her hip and the other off to the side and it says NAUGHTY under it. There were also some that said Sassy and Spoiled. Does anyone know where I can get more of the fake ones so I can show the tattooist what I want?

i just got a tongue ring and i already changed the first ring to a smaller one.I feel that the top part of the ring is rubbing against the top part of my mouth, and its sore. is this normal until your mouth gets used to it? what other type of care should I use? thanks.
