I just scored 158 on the LSAT, but I am thinking of applying to some schools well above that range because I am an excellent writer and I believe that my personal statement could definitely sway some minds...my question is, would there be disadvantages in attending a school with a majority of students who scored much higher on the LSAT or does it not really matter once you are in school?

The tab was $80 and they charged $200. I have the reciept so how do i get my money back? The girl seems like the shady type. Is there any way i can get the actual reciept that was signed? Im pretty sure this wasnt a mistake. What should i do from here?

My mother, who is not ill but cannot live without me helping her out financially lives with me. I think it is time for her to live in a community with other seniors so that she will have a social life and I need my space. My other siblings don't help me here and I was considering that it'd be best to have her in a senior community.

It seems the websites for these places don't list exact costs for this. We're in NY, so if anyone has any idea how much it costs monthly for a senior who is not ill to live in one of these places, please advise.

I have ordered brochures but thought some of you might have some answers for me today.

I mean there's the acne issue, then there is the body shape issue (I know, circle/oval is a shape too). Guys needa be buff and gals needa be slim.

This lady asked for a lift to Church today morning and since i had time, i dropped her there. When we reached the Church, She said "Merry Christmas" and asked if i celebrated Christmas myself. I gave the honest reply that i celebrate all occasions irrespective of religions but deep down inside i felt that if occasions can not bring new agendas of Love and Peace then they merely become a cultural thing. I kept these feelings to myself because its sad to see so much poverty and lack of Peace around the world these days. Religion is just another hurdle to find Worldwide unification. Dont get me wrong, i am theist but i think the journey is about hardships without complians and expectations. My question is "Dont you think religions institutions should be an icon of hope and Love for humanity and not merely people segregated for belonging to a specific religion or denomination?"

I feel like my friends have distanced themselves from me to the point where I have no one to talk to anymore. Most of the time I am extremely depressed where I either obsess on something I want to accomplish or not do anything because everything feels pointless to me. Sometimes I get into these depressed states where I want to kill myself because I see no point in my life anymore. I feel isolated from the world, have huge anxiety in front of people, my own relatives even, and don't know what to do about it anymore.

I see a psychiatrist, but I really haven't gotten to these issues that thourougly yet.

I don't really have a question I guess. I guess I just want to know how I can minimize the severity of my depression when it gets out of control sometimes.

I am 19 years old now, but I never plan on getting married? However, i do want to be a father one day, no earlier than when i am 27. Is that wrong of me? I want 2 biologically, and 1 adoptive. I want 2 boys and 1 girl. I plan on raisng them primarily. Am I wrong for this?

My six-year-old son has become increasingly defiant lately. He just doesn't care when something is against the rules. He touches everything everywhere we go. Just yesterday I caught him playing with the stove (lighting incense), moving chairs to then climb on them and hang tape from the ceiling (to swing on, of course!) and running out into a parking lot. He threw his kitten through the air, he annoyed his eight-year-old sister tremendously, and he's driving me batty. He's gotten into trouble at every school he's attended and at this point he's in a public homeschooling program (meaning they give me the books and wish me luck) because nobody wants him in their classroom.

On the other hand, he is visually impaired and has had some rough stuff happen, like having his dad suddenly come back in his life, a period of a few months where we lived in crummy motels, etc. He can get very depressed when corrected, so coal might be damaging. I'm just out of options.

I know that under most circumstances Christmas bonuses are gifts - they are not obligatory. This is my first full year with my company, but there has been no mention of a bonus yet.

However, when I was hired last year I was told that "our Christmas bonus program is very generous and can make up a significant portion of one's income."

In my employment contract it states my "...annual salary is X amount of dollars, plus bonuses."

So ... does that change the nature of the bonus from voluntary to obligatory, or could I just be shi.te outta luck?

For the record, last year about a week before Christmas I got a small bonus though I had only been there a month!
