okay, So I'm thirteen years old.. and I had small signs of my period for a while.. tummy ackes and stuff.. well.. 2 mounths ago I had very small blood.. then the next mounth I had more.. and now I have alot and very bad stomach pains.. I dont know if how much i have is bad.. how can I be sure ?

You probably just started your period this year. During the first year it's very unpredictable. Light flows one month -heavy the next. That's normal. Over the next year or two it will start to settle down and you'll get a better idea of what is normal for you.

you probely have your period. R the "spots" like 4-6 hours away? Learn about your period and then check if u have MOST of those symptoms. Also, ask your mom... U dont have to SHOW her just ask her , Mom's know a lot and have already learned about and gone threw all that stuff

It sounds like you just started your period. Since you just started, it is going to be very irregular. Some days will be light, others will be heavy, and there will be times you wont get it at all for a few monthes. You should tell your mom, and she will be able to help you out. =)

There is no way to tell how normal yur period is if youe've only had it a year. If you have bad cramps take asperin. Your period is not considered heavy until you go though a tampon or pad every two hours.
